Sarah’s camp-themed Bat Mitzvah was one of the classiest, most elegant and gorgeous events these Bat Mitzvah guests had ever attended – certainly very different from a ‘typical’ camp-themed party!! The soft and beautiful pink and brown color scheme, paired with tons of greenery and woodsy elements, created an unparalleled, rustic-elegant ambiance. There was no detail that was overlooked: the evening began with guests enjoying their beautifully packaged s’mores place cards, which were situated on a stunning, thematic woodsy-table, filled with tree stumps, river rocks, moss, birch, pine cones, succulents and florals. The cocktail area also boasted etched-wood directional signs, along with customized post cards and a ‘mailbox’ in lieu of a traditional ‘sign-in board’ so that Sarah’s guests could send her a camp-like letter! The ballroom was filled with gorgeous woodsy florals and natural elements, perfectly coordinated linens, napkins, chairs and chair sashes, and a faux campfire surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Each table featured a “Bunk Number”, with an adorable photo of Sarah, which served as a thematic replacement for the traditional table numbers. Sarah’s friends sat at beautiful picnic tables and benches, which were lined with authentic greens, faux butterflies and burlap-covered lanterns; their napkins were color-coordinated bandanas, tied with raffia, and they enjoyed their pink lemonade in rustic mason jars, paired with pink and white striped paper straws. To go with the theme, the guests enjoyed a high-end cook-out, filled with sliders, hot dogs, and, of course, s’mores!
