Amy Goldman, Executive Event Planner, Designer and Owner of It’s Your Party!, is passionate about creating magnificent, one-of-a-kind, and unforgettable celebrations for her clients. She believes in the importance of celebrating life’s special occasions, and she is dedicated to really listening to her clients’ wishes and vision, and to giving each one of them the utmost personal attention so that they can relax, thoroughly enjoy the planning process, and ultimately have the time of their lives at their event! Amy loves working with and developing relationships with her clients, and she relishes the opportunity to be creative through every event that she plans. Amy’s mission is to ensure that each It’s Your Party! event is unbelievably fun, has a distinctive ambiance, is spectacularly elegant, and creates an overall experience that will be remembered and treasured forever.
Before starting It’s Your Party!, Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, at Brandeis University, and then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. While cherishing her time with her four kids as a stay-at-home mom – and simultaneously thinking of the future – Amy decided that as much as she enjoyed aspects of Social Work, it didn’t afford her the opportunity to cultivate her deep-seated passion for creativity and design. As such, she decided to re-direct her love for working with people into a different profession: one which still allowed her to develop relationships and help people, yet in a fun, creative and happy way. Since making this decision and launching It’s Your Party!, Amy has never looked back!
Amy has been planning dazzling, successful weddings and events for 15+ years. She promises each of her clients that she will go above and beyond to ensure that their event is planned perfectly and that it exceeds their wildest dreams!
